I took my van to them about 6 months ago. It took them about a week but they figured it out. They replaced an expensive part and when that wasn't it they put the old one back in and didn't charge for a new part. Gavin was helpful in keeping us up to date. My car on Saturday wouldn't start. I towed it in and they took a look at it and I identified the problem and fixed all by Monday at 4, so less then a day.
