Finally a car mechanic shop that didn't rip a female off!! They have always fixed what ever needed fixed on my vehicle, (I hate it when I'm asked what kind of sound did it make? Was that in the front or back? Well this is what it sounds like to me and maybe the front no I'll pick (c) no idea where its coming from!) AND the personnel at Blue Lakes Auto have always been able to locate the problem, fixed it and I can drive away knowing that it is really fixed and will stay that way!! They have always stood behind their work. Top notch shop. We were passing through the area and about to head south through Nevada and the car started acting up. Found them through Google, and Dale was extremely accommodating in squeezing in a diagnosis. They hustled to get parts, but still took the time to check with Audi to make sure the fix would be complete. Car ran flawlessly the next day, 1000 miles through the desert. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and very straightforward with you. They know what they're doing and are able to work on cars that most other shops here in Twin are not. They are timely and wonderful about keeping you updated on exactly what's going on with your car. The only shop I trust going to, after having bad experiences with 3 others. One issue on my car had ended up taking two months in 3 different shops. Not only did the problem never get fixed in that time, but they told me only as much as I'd already diagnosed when I had to come pick it up. I took my van to them about 6 months ago. It took them about a week but they figured it out. They replaced an expensive part and when that wasn't it they put the old one back in and didn't charge for a new part. Gavin was helpful in keeping us up to date. My car on Saturday wouldn't start. I towed it in and they took a look at it and I identified the problem and fixed all by Monday at 4, so less then a day.
