Everyone here is friendly, professional, and very straightforward with you. They know what they're doing and are able to work on cars that most other shops here in Twin are not. They are timely and wonderful about keeping you updated on exactly what's going on with your car. The only shop I trust going to, after having bad experiences with 3 others. One issue on my car had ended up taking two months in 3 different shops. I took my van to them about 6 months ago. It took them about a week but they figured it out. They replaced an expensive part and when that wasn't it they put the old one back in and didn't charge for a new part. Gavin was helpful in keeping us up to date. My car on Saturday wouldn't start. I towed it in and they took a look at it and I identified the problem and fixed all by Monday at 4, so less then a day. I have never has such good, fast, excellent service in my life. Last week my husband and I were traveling across country with a dog, a cat and a uhaul trailer. We own a mercades SUV, and they could have charged us a ton of money for overnight shipping from mercades, labor and the actual part we needed. They closed at 5:30 and we got there a few mins before they did. We left and they had the part ordered and before we could even check out of our hotel they called us back saying it's ready!! I took my car to a dealer in town because It wouldn't always start. The man at the dealership took my keys and started the car. It started. He gave me my keys and said he didn't see any problems. I wish I could give these guys more than five stars.  Their shop is the CLEANEST auto body shop that I've ever been to, and their guys are the NICEST auto mechanics too.  Maybe it's because it's Idaho.  I am from CA, and I never run into such REAL people.  Gotta love Idaho!

My daughter and I were on a road trip from CA to MT to get her settled into Montana State University in Bozeman.  We had the truck packed to the brim. As we pulled into our hotel in Twin Falls, it felt as if we couldn't steer the vehicle.  We parked in a spot and saw liquid dripping from below the engine area.  I immediately assumed that we had lost power steering fluid.

The next morning, I searched Yelp for an auto mechanic.  Blue Lake Auto popped up with four stars.  I called and spoke with the manager.  He said that he was all booked up until Monday.  I explained our situation and then I think he must have took pity on us.  He told us to drive on over.

When we got there, they took care of us right away.  I must say that I was very appreciative of the fact that they didn't laugh their tails off after they figured out what was wrong.  I had accidentally put the truck in 4-wheel drive!  And the liquid that was leaking?  From the condensation on the air conditioning unit of course!  Maybe they laughed at us after we left, but they were true professionals while were there.

Top notch shop. We were passing through the area and about to head south through Nevada and the car started acting up. Found them through Google, and Dale was extremely accommodating in squeezing in a diagnosis. They hustled to get parts, but still took the time to check with Audi to make sure the fix would be complete. Car ran flawlessly the next day, 1000 miles through the desert.
